MoonActive, a Tel Aviv based mobile games start-up with millions of daily active players is looking for a talented and experienced Monetization Manager to Join our rapidly growing team.
The team functions in a fast-paced environment and constantly works towards meeting business goals, optimizing sales/promotions, and increasing customer retention and monetization. The monetization manager will help optimize the company’s game performance by focusing on driving revenue.
As a Product Monetization Manager you will:
Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies - develop the events and promotion calendar for both web (Facebook) and mobile platforms.
Manage day-to-day promotional activity as well as ongoing optimization.
Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value.
Find new monetization opportunities in new products, offerings or partners.
Continually test, innovate and iterate on-going programs.
Coordinate with designers and product teams to execute monthly events and promotions across all of our game platforms.
Understand business targets and possess the ability to craft custom, effective, strategic plans.
Recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues.
BA degree – a must, MBA – an advantage
3+ years’ experience in sales/marketing/CRM in the online industry – a must (online gaming an advantage)
Proven analytical competencies – a must
Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games – an advantage
Strong English written/verbal communication skills – a must
