Description

Moon Active, a Tel Aviv based mobile games start-up with millions of daily active players is looking for a talented Help Desk Specialist.

The Help Desk specialist will support IT activities and provide services to company users. The job will also include involvement in planning and implementing IT projects.

Duties include:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email and Ticket Support center.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install end user equipment, software, hardware and telecommunications systems.
  • Support IT purchasing upon demand.
  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions and problems.
  • Follow standard helpdesk procedures, logging all helpdesk interactions and administering helpdesk software.
  • Redirect problems to the appropriate resource.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
  • Setup of production and development IT systems.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT help desk
  • Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers)
  • Experience with handling IT tasks on MacOS and Windows OS
  • IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, G-Suite)
  • Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, Antivirus etc
  • Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment
  • Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
  • Adaptable and flexible personality, Stress tolerant
  • Fluent Hebrew & English is a must
  • Pro-Active person
