Operations Team Leader


Moon Active, a Tel Aviv based mobile games startup with millions of players worldwide is hiring! 

As we expand, we're looking for a exceptionally skilled Ops Team Leader to join our rapidly growing Company.

As a Ops Team Leader you will manage a team of game operation specialists and game QA testers and be dedicated to the creation, configuration, and maintenance of in-game promotional events, new content and sales to drive on going KPI goals for their games. You will collaborate with all areas of the business including the product & design team, developers, CRM, QA, art, and analytics.


  • In this role, you will lead the execution of the live operations of our mobile app games to ensure they continue to grow and evolve year over year.
  • Define Live Ops processes to increase efficiency and support a seamless product and monetisation lifecycle.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of operations specialists and operation QA testers.
  • Work with multiple game teams to ensure their live operations strategy is positioned to achieve all targets.
  • Manage the implementation of events, from event configuration, testing, and execution.
  • Operate internal tools that manage live events, offers and other events.

  • At least 2 years experience in leading live operation teams and proven track record on those projects, games in mobile will be an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, the ability to think beyond the numbers and understand the full impact of different decisions on the game as a whole
  • Strong communication skills to work with different stakeholders
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactively push to improve and refine performance
  • Process oriented and organization skills
  • QA background - an advantage
  • Knowledge of game production across all discipline and experience working directly with them - An Advantage
