Moon Active, a Tel-Aviv-based mobile games startup with millions of players worldwide is looking for a Customer Support Representative to work with us on providing our players with a satisfactory support experience.
As a Customer Support representative you will be the point of contact between the company and its players, responding to their requests and presenting comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered by the company
English proficiency both spoken and written
Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
Customer oriented, ability to assure customer retention by managing support queries
Time management skills to enable prioritization of workloa
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and communication with the different departments
Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve and continuously learn
Excellent social skills and a great team player
Previous work experience in customer service or technical support is a huge advantage!
